TROPICAL STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A recently formed tropical storm has formed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is presently located about 300 miles east of Mexico's California. Meteorologists are anticipating that Barbara will grow in power over the next few days. The storm is moving northwestward at a rate of 10 mph. T
